For generations, Diversicare of Tylertown has been a trusted part of caring for families in Tylertown and the surrounding Walthall County community. Our center first opened its doors as Tylertown Extended Care, and over the years has been known by a few different names, including Beverly Healthcare, before becoming Diversicare of Tylertown.
Names may have changed, but our heart for this community never has. Tylertown is known for its strong sense of community and care, and our center has long carried that same spirit, offering 24-hour skilled nursing, IV therapy, wound care, enteral feeding, and rehabilitation services, all in a cozy, homelike environment patients and residents can truly call their own.
Today, that tradition continues under the steady, caring leadership of Administrator Gayle Bullock, who has served our center for more than 20 years. Many of our team members have walked alongside patients and residents for years, some for as many as 55, bringing a depth of experience, familiarity, and genuine connection that’s hard to find anywhere else. That kind of longevity is at the heart of what makes Diversicare of Tylertown feel less like a center and more like family.
